PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To promote sales, reduce losses, manage stock, manage people and control expenses in order to meet business targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase sales by ensuring good customer service, maintenance of the store image, presentation and promotion of stock, stock management and correct pricing of products.Stock loss is minimized through compliance with security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.Drive a low cost business according to company standards.Ensure administrative duties within the store are in accordance with company guidelines.Management of team – training, coaching and performance management of team members while maintaining the company culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12Business related tertiary qualification would be an advantage.Computer Literate.Strong Leadership abilities – giving recognition and support, giving direction and guidance, communicating and interacting, service orientation.Management abilities – : Planning, Organising and Control; Problem solving, Decision making, Analysing.

Department: Retail Properties (Pepkor)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To ensure the Rental System is updated at all times and in agreement with contracts, all rentals will be paid timeously and to the correct party.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration of leases and subleasesPreparation of documentation for meetings and presentationsUpdating of rental systemReconciliation of accountsAssist with ad hoc tasks

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12Accounts, property or admin related diploma will be an advantage2 – 3 Years administration experience within the accounts or property industryComputer Literacy: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS ExcelBilingual (Afrikaans and English) will be an advantageCompetencies required: Good interpersonal skills, telephone skills, attention to detail, numerical competence, customer service orientated and a high stress tolerance
